Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) for Educators Class Series
Four 30-Minute Classes for Adults
Join Ann Biese, creator of ChildLight’s EFT & Tapping Workshop, for four recorded classes designed just for educators! Ann will teach you how to personally reduce stress through the Emotional Freedom Technique, which involves tapping on acupuncture points that work within the meridians of the body. She will also provide tools and techniques to use with your students in the classroom.
This four-week series is a self-care class for educators. Each class is only 30 minutes long and is similar to attending a yoga class however the focus is on EFT.
Your Instructor
Kristen Santos, BS, M. Ed, RYT 200, RCYT, YACEP, started to practice yoga as a way of healing from breast cancer. Because she found Yoga so beneficial, she wanted to bring the practice to her students. Kristen has been teaching Physical Education in Massachusetts Public Schools since 1998. She took her first ChildLight children’s training in 2017. During the summer of 2020, Kristen completed the first live online 200 Hour (RYT) training that Childlight offered. Returning to school in September of 2020 made her even more passionate about bringing Yoga into the PE Curriculum. She is now a published author of The Yoga Curriculum for Physical Education K-5 and The Yoga Curriculum for Physical Education 6-8. Kristen travels the country presenting “How to Implement Yoga into the Physical Education Curriculum” at SHAPE and AHPERD Conferences. When she is not spreading yoga, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
