A 30-Minute Class for Pre-crawling Babies + Caregiver
Baby Yoga is a wonderful experience that nurtures the parent-child connection. This class is mostly focused on movements that are beneficial for baby development, along with some postures for parents. Through gentle guided movement, massage, and song, parents will bond with their infant while encouraging emotional and physical development.
No prior yoga experience is required. For the best experience, we suggest babies begin this class anytime after 6 weeks postpartum and may continue until they begin crawling.
