Join Ann Biese, ChildLight's Tween & Teen Instructor, for this 30-minute yoga sequence to help teens relieve stress. Ann also shares a sequence that can be done in just a few minutes a day that will help lift your mood and alleviate anxiety. For Ages 13-19.
Your Instructor
Ann Biese, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, RCYT, MBSR-T, YACEP, is an international Yoga Instructor, IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist and Teacher Trainer for ChildLight. She is also a Yoga and Meditation Therapist in pediatric settings in Boston, including Massachusetts General Hospital and formerly at Tufts Floating. Ann has taught MBSR and yoga to various youth groups and teen athletes across the country. She has been a featured speaker on meditation and mindfulness in hospitals, schools and corporate settings. Ann is also the author of the award-winning children’s book Worry Bee and Mindful Moon. She enjoys volunteering as an instructor for Go Give Yoga and was featured in North Shore Magazine for her volunteer work in Massachusetts. View Ann’s video bio on the ChildLight YouTube channel.
